Richard Cummings

Richard Cummings, President of Cummings Insurance Inc., is from Andover Massachusetts. He graduated from The University of Tampa. Richard began his professional career with one of the largest Financial / Insurance companies in the US and quickly advanced to become a part of the company’s management team. Richard was concerned though, with the varying needs of individuals and felt that a diversity of products could better serve his clients. In 1977, with this purpose in mind Richard founded Cummings Insurance.  He and his wife Laura have successfully helped thousands of clients over the years and are passionate about helping people retire stress-free!

Richard is married to his wife Laura for 44 years. They reside in Palm Harbor, FL and have three children, and three grandchildren.

Richard enjoys family outings, golfing, watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, & camping.
